About the team

Our AI & Data Science team is at the core of NLPearl’s intelligence layer. We build, fine-tune, and deploy large-scale language and voice models that power real-time phone conversations between businesses and their customers. Working alongside product, engineering, and QA, we bridge the gap between deep learning research and production-ready AI systems.

About the role

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll be responsible for training and refining models that enable human-like understanding and responses over the phone. From intent recognition and speech segmentation to custom voice model adaptation, your work will directly impact how our agents perform in real-world conversations. You’ll have access to rich proprietary datasets and the infrastructure needed to experiment at scale.
