About the team

The front-end team at NLPearl crafts the visual and interactive layer of our AI agent platform. We turn powerful voice technologies into intuitive, elegant interfaces for our users—from real-time dashboards and analytics to conversational script editors and deployment tools. We work closely with product designers, back-end engineers, and users to build UI that’s not just functional, but delightful to use.

About the role

As a front-end engineer, you’ll be responsible for building and evolving our core web application. You’ll work on everything from real-time user interfaces to dynamic editors that let clients customize AI call flows. This is a product-centric role, perfect for someone who loves clean UI, fast performance, and shipping features that customers notice.
