About the role

As a Customer Success Engineer, you’ll support customers throughout their technical journey—from onboarding and integration to troubleshooting and optimization. You’ll work closely with engineering to resolve complex issues, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure that clients have a smooth, powerful experience with NLPearl. Your mix of product knowledge, communication skills, and technical intuition will be essential to driving long-term client success.
